Ceramic Scientist Innovation (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
Develop ceramic components and ceramic coatings for use in the semiconductor industry.
Contribute your expertise to the advancement of innovative ceramic materials. Experience in the field of plasma physics is a plus.
Identify complex and technically relevant problems, determine their root causes, and develop and recommend appropriate solutions.
Protect technologies, processes, materials, and products through targeted patent filings.
Work closely with the Product Management, Sales, and Operations departments to ensure the critical aspects of innovation projects are addressed.
Actively participate in an international team at our locations in Germany and the USA, collaborating on innovative solutions.
Qualifikationen:
A completed Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or Physics. A PhD in ceramic materials is desirable.
Professional experience in research or product development.
Experience in semiconductor front-end processes such as plasma etching, CVD, and epitaxy.
Strong organizational skills and methodological competence.
Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Independent work methodology, teamwork, customer orientation, and reliability.
