Candidates should cooperate within the framework of joint research projects of the Department of Chinese Studies, the Institute of Asian and Oriental Studies, and the Faculty of Humanities and demonstrate a strong commitment to participate in teaching and assuming coordinating responsibilities in all study programs of the Department as well as in sharing the Department's administrative tasks.
