At least a Master's degree in social and political science, agricultural economy, development and international studies, geography, or a related field or equivalent vocational qualification At least 3-5 years of experience working on land tenure issues and/or climate change adaptation and mitigation programs with a particular focus on global agendas, such as the Rio Conventions. Experience working with diverse stakeholders, civil society organizations, and government agencies. Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills. A track-record in publication and report writing in the field of land rights, climate change mitigation and adaptation. Enthusiasm, flexibility, strong team-spirit and a commitment to working within a dynamic, transdisciplinary organisation Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; German and any language from our working regions is a plus.
